It's so popular here, for desserts (puddings), candy (sweets), jams (spreads) .. just about anything you can think of.  I haven't been adventerous enough to make anything with it, but we have (past tense) grown it in our garden.  Might try it again after seeing these recipes! I was afraid the post might be a bit too long, but it all felt like it neeed to be said.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;A, I just wash it off under running water, no special cleaning methods needed.  If it still has leaves on it, remove them.
