Feelin' hot, hot, hot

You may recall that, some time ago, I was singing the praises of roasted cauliflower. Tonight I kicked it up a notch, and in doing so, made a yummy side dish or snack. If you're familiar with the Weight Watchers point system, I'm happy to tell you that this is a zero-point treat.

Don't like cumin or chili? Change up the spices!
Baking time will vary a bit, depending on the size of the florets.

Chili-Spiced Cauliflower

1 head cauliflower
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
cooking spray

Preheat oven to 400F.
Cut cauliflower into florets and place in a bowl. Add cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper, and toss well to coat.
Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Spread cauliflower on sheet and bake until tender, about 12-15 minutes, stirring once during baking.

Makes about eight 1/2 cup zero-point servings.

This makes me think of the chili-dusted deep fried garbanzo beans i like, which are clearly not no points.
